Membership Classes
Regular: Consists of member, spouse and children who are under the age of 25 and live at home.
Property Owner: A Regular member who owns a lot in The Champions Subdivision. A Property Owner may own a golf cart but must abide by strict rules and pay a trail fee. A Property Owner has first priority membership consideration.
Corporate: A corporation or partnership that owns one or more Corporate Memberships must designate a primary corporate officer or employee who then applies for membership, as would a Regular member, and up to 5 additional employees who would be secondary designees. Advantages include: naming up to six employees or officers who will have club privileges; paying through the corporation and the ability to change any designee without the new designee having to be placed on a waiting list.
Nonresident Class I: An individual who lives outside a 50 mile radius, but within a 150 mile radius measured from the Champion Trace clubhouse.
Nonresident Class II: An individual that lives outside a 150 mile radius measured from the Champion Trace clubhouse.
Junior: A person between the ages of 21 and 35.
Special Dining Guest: An individual who wishes to enjoy the restaurant at Champion Trace without golf privileges.
